Through the use of DNA cloning, DNA amplification or recombinant (manipulated) protein can be created. Especially, protein expression system using baculovirus has the feature for the characteristic of similarity to human protein through post-modification and the system is less expensive compared to that of expression system using mammalian protein.

  After Recombinant Bacmid DNA was prepared , transfection is done to insect cell (Sf9).
