If you make an online order through the website or place an order by email or fax, we will send an Order Confirmation Letter by email or fax within 24 hours (except holidays). Orders made through the website can be checked after logging-in.

Orders placed between 9:00am on Monday and 6:00 pm on Friday (local time, GMT+9:00) are shipped out the following Monday, after we have received your order confirmation letter.

US/Canada regions will be 3-7days depending on the stock status. For most countries in Asia, the delivery term is usually 1- 2 days. For Europe and other destinations, the transit time is between 3-5 days, depending on the country.

Shipping charges vary by country and region. Exact charges will be confirmed when a quotation is issued or can be requested us by email or fax. For your reference, the following are estimated shipping charges for various areas.
